Has he played for England?
Yes, he's represented them at Under-17s level, making six appearances last season and he was part of their squad in the Algarve Tournment in Portugal earlier this year.
What awards has he won?
Despite only being 16, Greenwood was the top scorer in the Under-18 Premier League North last season in a campaign which saw United crowned champions.
He was also awarded Player of the Tournament, despite being the youngest player in the squad, when United won the ICGT trophy in May.
What has been said about him?
Clayton Blackmore is already excited about Greenwood's future, he told MEN Sport:
"We don’t know how good he is going to get. He’s still growing.
“He’s great on the ball and very good with both feet. He’s the first person I’ve seen that takes penalties and free-kicks with his wrong foot. I’ve never come across anyone like that! He’s got a great chance.”
